KOLOSSAION
THE PLACE:
KOLOSSAION is one of the largest indoor spaces in Thessaloniki. Recently, a major renovation of the stage, the hall, its auxiliary spaces and its technical capabilities took place, creating a multipurpose space (theater, cinema, music) for the realization of events (conferences, educational seminars, speeches, meetings, etc.).
It has a stage measuring 9.20 m deep, 18.90 m wide from wall to wall, 7.05 m high and 14.80 m from wing to wing. The auditorium with 680 seats has the capacity to accommodate up to 720 people, it has state-of-the-art equipment with Mega Screen, a digital 2K projection machine, new technology lighting (16 led profile, 400 watts, RGBAL 17 o -50 o etc.), Dolby Digital audio capability and for theatrical performances, special effects machines (smoke, flame), flying effects for acrobatic choreographies, etc.
LOCATION
It is located at 150 Vasilissis Olgas Street, in the most central artery of the city that connects Eastern Thessaloniki with the city center and with easy access from the west side of the city through the beltway. In an area where the visitor can combine his experience in our space with a variety of dining, drink, and coffee options as well as a walk on the seafront. In a short distance from KOLOSSAION someone will find many shops that are active in the field of entertainment.
